There are 2 airports conveniently located to Nomade hotel.

• Tulum International airport (TQO) is a 45 minute drive to Nômade

• Cancun International (CUN) is a 1 hour and 45 minute drive to Nômade

Private transportation can be arranged through Nomade's trusted car service to take you from either airport, directly to the hotel. Once you book your space at the retreat, the Soulcation team will contact you to help you arrange travel and share options. We are happy to link you with other retreat guests arriving at the same time if you'd like to share a ride with someone.

This is a co-ed retreat, open to anyone seeking personal growth, rest, and relaxation.

Soulcation was designed with freedom in mind. There is a blend of planned experiences and plenty of time for you to do what feels best to you.

We will start at 6pm Thursday evening on December 5th and end at 10am Sunday morning on December 8th.

Of course! Solo travel is welcomed and many attendees come by themselves.

You can also come with a friend, partner, or group.

You are able to create the retreat experience that serves you most - whether you're you're seeking new friendships and connections or solitude and alone time, you'll get exactly what you need.

Nômade truly has all you need, and guests love to dive into all that they have to offer. Between the live music and wellness programming, 3 on-site restaurants, spa, yoga space, beach club and more, there is so much to do.

However, Nômade is located in a very walkable area of the beach with plenty of restaurants and hotels next door.

There are also bikes and taxis running directly in front of the hotel as well as other transport services should you wish to explore.

Yes. Please make sure your passport is up to date well in advance of the retreat.

If you're coming from the U.S., no other visas are required.

If you're coming from another country, please check for other requirements needed.

After booking, you'll be able to schedule a call with Laina or a Soulcation team member to answer any questions you might have and give you any travel advice you need to feel comfortable and safe. We will have a pre-retreat Zoom where Laina will go over all details, including safety protocols.

DRINKING WATER

Water and ice at the hotel is filtered. Every day you'll get bottles of fresh, filtered water sent to your room. If you're going outside of the hotel, either order bottled water or ask if theirs is filtered.

PHONE SERVICE & WIFI

Your phone should work just as it does at home. But please contact your phone provider to find out how service will work and what, if any, international charges will apply. WIFI at the hotel is strong and secure.

SAFETY & SECURITY

Nômade is located in a private area of Tulum and has 24 hour security and surveillance cameras throughout the property. As every place has its dangers and risks, it's always important to follow safety protocols - you can find some here.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I CAN'T MAKE IT:

• If you cancel more than 60 days from the retreat (before October 5th), we can grant you a full refund less your non-refundable deposit of $1500.

• If you cancel within 60 days of the retreat (after October 5th), we cannot grant you any refund.

• In the event you cancel, you can use the price you paid (less the non-refundable deposit) towards a future retreat or private coaching.

WHAT HAPPENS IF SOULCATION CANCELS:

If Soulcation cancels the retreat, you will get a full refund for the amount you paid for the retreat price or you can choose to save your payment as credit towards a future retreat or private coaching.

However Soulcation is not responsible for expenses incurred in preparation for any canceled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, extended lodging, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip. 

TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE

It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation.

No one books with the intention of canceling or postponing their retreat, but unexpected things do happen, so please consider purchasing travel cancellation insurance. Depending on the policy and conditions, travel cancellation insurance will pay for some or all cancellation fees. With most agencies, insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation. We strongly recommend purchasing cancellation insurance through your travel agent, or visit the following web site to compare insurers: www.worldnomads.com.

Not included within your retreat price would be:

• alcohol and drinks other than water

• transportation to/from the airport

• spa treatments outside of the 60 minute massage that's included

• service fees and/or tips

• private sessions with Nômade wellness experts

• room upgrades

TRANSACTION FEE: There is a 2.9% plus 30 cents transaction fee added to your retreat price.

TIPS & SERVICE CHARGE: You will be responsible for tips and service fees for meals, spa treatments and services outside of what is included at the retreat.

Once you pay the nonrefundable deposit, our team will contact you to choose your room and payment plan.

All payments are made through a secure payment link.

Your payment plan will be the remaining balance, spread out in monthly payments with the total to be paid in full by November 5th, 2024, one month prior to the retreat.

Your payments will be automatically charged to whatever payment method you set up.
